What Kind of Support is Available?

Cyber Ease is flexible to help ensure you only get what you actually need to support your business, without the frustration of paying for what you don't use. Below are some of the options available and what they typically include. IT Projects &
Ad hoc Support

Much of the work carried out by Cyber Ease is based on the specific needs of a client, which inevitably comes with nuances around the business setup, objectives, existing processes, operating preferences and so on. Often, it is time and cost effective to combine multiple minor requirements into a single project. A project will have goals, timescales and an agreed approach to help deliver the change you need in a way that works for you.

Examples of IT projects might include:

  • Remediating Cyber Security vulnerabilities. This could be specific gaps you have identified or a comprehensive set of changes to fill the gaps discovered in your Cyber Security Health Check report.​

  • Multiple independent improvements to support your day-to-day business operations. This could be as simple as replacing the office printer, improving the WiFi signal, and fixing issues with your email.

  • Advice and support around your IT needs as you grow your business. This could be replacing a piece of software or a cloud service provider. 

  • Setting up a new office to support your business expansion or relocation. This could include internet connectivity, WiFi access, workstation setup, audio or video conferencing or any other related IT service. 

IT Projects are quoted based on the project scope. Below is a typical cost structure:

Contract Support

With a support contract you can get on-demand help with IT issues, or get quick answers to your technical questions, as the come up, minimising downtime and disruption. This means if you're suddenly facing email problems, printer glitches, or software errors, we can provide prompt assistance remotely.

We provide practical guidance and assistance to troubleshoot and resolve a range of common IT problems within your business. We can also recommend specific software, configure basic settings, or provide advice to ensure smooth operation of your systems. For example, we can help with setting up new user accounts, troubleshooting poor network connectivity, and advising on appropriate hardware upgrades.

Contract support services are based on three different packages, which are invoiced monthly. 

Silver

£250 monthly / £2,748 annually

This includes:

  • Access to our support via phone or email

  • Up to 5 hours of support time per month

Gold

£500 monthly / £5,496 annually

This includes:

  • Access to our support via phone or email

  • Up to 12 hours of support time per month

  • Monthly report with breakdown of support requests 

Platinum

£2,000 monthly / £21,996 annually

This includes:

  • Access to our support via phone or email

  • Unlimited support time per month (subject to a fair use policy) 

  • Monthly report with breakdown of support requests 

  • Proactive workstation monitoring
