What Kind of Support Can I Get?
Cyber Ease is a flexible service provider to help ensure you only get what you actually need to support your business, without the frustration of paying for what you don't use. Below are some of the options available and what they typically include. If none of these options fit your needs then just get in touch and we can discuss what the perfect solution for you would include.

IT Projects
A lot of the work carried out by Cyber Ease is based on the specific needs within a client's business, which inevitably comes with nuances around that business's setup, objectives, existing processes, operating preferences and so on. One way to ensure the support given meets the need(s) is to package up one or more solutions as a bundle of work, or project. A project will have goals, timescales and an agreed approach to help deliver the change you need in a way that works for you.

Examples of IT projects might include:

Remediating Cyber Security vulnerabilities. This could be specific gaps you have identified or a comprehensive set of changes to fill the gaps discovered in your Cyber Security Health Check report.​

A list of independent improvements to support your day-to-day business operations. This could be as simple as replacing the office printer, improving the WiFi signal, and/or fixing issues with your email view.

IT changes to support the growth of your business. This could be replacing a piece of software or a cloud service provider but you aren't sure about how best to manage it.

Setting up a new office to support your business expansion or relocation. This could include internet connectivity, WiFI access, workstation setup, audio or video conferencing or any other related IT service.
IT Projects are quoted on request and are generally costed based on a full day or a half-day:
A half day IT project (4 hours)

An hourly rate can be agreed for smaller projects or consultancy services. Just let us know what you need.
Ad hoc Support
Get on-demand availability to resolve IT issues as they come up, or get quick answers to your technical questions, minimising downtime and disruption. This means if you're suddenly facing email problems, printer glitches, or software errors, we can provide prompt assistance remotely.

We provide practical guidance and assistance to help troubleshoot and resolve a range of common IT problems within your business. This could involve recommending specific software, configuring basic settings, or guiding you to ensure smooth operation of your systems. For example, we can help with setting up new user accounts, troubleshooting poor network connectivity, or advising on appropriate hardware upgrades.
Ad hoc support services are based on three different packages, which are billed monthly and have either a monthly or annual price.

£100 monthly / £1000 yearly
